Our primary focus is reducing utility and facility maintenance costs by planning and implementing long term energy reduction solutions that generate the quickest return on investment for our customers.


Key Responsibilities

Veteran LED is quickly expanding their business nationwide and is in need of full-time administrative support for the President and team. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the President on a daily basis. Support will include, but is not limited to, general office administration duties, phone coverage, correspondence, calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, compiling presentations, reporting and adhoc project assignments.

Daily habits include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the President. Handle and prepare information of an extremely confidential nature. Duties include: compiling presentations and reports, phone coverage, correspondence, calendar maintenance, coordination and scheduling of meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and preparation of itineraries.

  • Responsible for handling weekly/ monthly reporting, email campaigns and the editing process for marketing materials.


What You Bring To The Table:

  • Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

  • Strong grammar/business writing skills.

  • Accurate proofreading of documents, presentations, and spreadsheets involving company and financial data.

  • Ability to organize, schedule, and track details with minimal oversight.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Effective time management skills.

  • You’re resourceful, always take initiative, and step up your game whenever your team needs you.

  • and/or Mail Chimp experience is a major plus.

POSITION TITLE: Contract Acquisition Specialist I

Veteran LED is looking for a “Contract Acquisition Specialist I”, to join the team and help transform and expand the business. The position will encompass multiple roles, with a primary focus on government contracting and administrative support. The candidate will be a self-driven individual with a passion for organization and customer service. This position offers a tremendous opportunity for growth and ability to gain insight into government contracting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Government Business Development and Sales Teams, as well as other programs of a similar nature with Veteran LED. This positon requires the candidate to balance multiple projects at once (supporting roles or primary roles), coordinate with the team on scheduling calls/meetings, and consistently develop growth and efficiency strategies for our back office.

The goal is to develop relationships and coordinate with our technical reps. to deliver high quality solutions for Government purchasers nationally. Extensive initial and on-going training will be provided.

  • 20% - Studying market developments to identify new segments. Building customized presentations and supporting materials to generate leads, optimize conversions / close ratios, and recruit talent.

  • 3 years of customer service experience, (combined)
  • 2 years of experience with a CRM/PM tool
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
